Agent P

Viggo got some new toys, a few characters from Phineas and Ferb: Perry/Agent P & Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He loves them, and started playing all kind of adventures with them. After Viggo went to bed and I was cleaning up I decided to take out the Sony 30mm Macro and make some photo's.

Both shots are handheld (ISO 1600) on the kitchentable with the normal kitchenlighting. I think the results are quite nice.

Gordy's Camera strap

Gordy Camera Strap

When I bought my Fuji FinePix X100 there was a small neck strap with the Fuji logo in the box. That didn't work for me so I was looking for something else. In a forum I read about the Gordy's Camera strap and I was immediately sold.

I ordered a Wrist strap lug-mount Long, Black leather with Red wrapping and a integral strap bumper. Very long name, but just a great camera strap.

The strap has been used for half a year and the leather has became softer and it feels great now. Also the length is just right for me, even when wearing gloves in the winter.

And when the NEX-7 arrived it also had a tiny neck strap and again this didn't work for me; the NEX-7 is small and has a good grip, so I like to keep it in my hands when I'm shooting.

So now the Gordy's camera strap is transferred to the NEX-7. This will stay on my camera for everyday use and I can highly recommed it.

I will also take a look at the new strap by Duncan Davidson's called the Cinch (by Luma Labs) for the longer walks.
