Last week we had a few days of spring here but now the winter is back in full force, freezing cold and snow. So I decided to take some indoor photos and the tulips were a nice subject.

Today Adobe released the Release Candidate of Lightroom 4.4 beta to the public. I was for a long time waiting on this release because of the much improved RAW support for the FUJIFILM X-Pro1. In the previous versions the RAW support was nor very good and the jpg's from the camera gave a better result then the RAW's from Lightroom.
But FujiFilm supplied Adobe with all the specs of the X-Trans CMOS sensor and it looks like it paid off, because from the little testing I've done so far I do see an improvement. Will do some more testing / developing in the coming days.

The theme of the evening at the local photo club was macro photography. This is my attempt freehand, spot metering on the flowers making the background blurred.
